Why Arcarrow?
Arcarrow didn't start as a product. It started as a pile of workflows we ran with Claude and Notion to keep a real architecture firm moving.
Those workflows were aimed at two things: reducing the repetitive tasks that fill an architect's week, and keeping a clear, honest picture of where every project actually stands.
Less busywork
So much of project management is the same handful of chores repeated across every job: status updates, follow-ups, formatting notes, chasing the next document. That's exactly the kind of work AI is good at taking off your plate, so you can spend your attention on the things that need an architect's judgment.
Status you can trust
A project's status shouldn't live in someone's head or in a thread three apps away. Arcarrow keeps the current phase, the open items, and recent activity in one place, so a glance tells you the truth.
One home for all documents
Every project generates drawings, specs, meeting notes, and hundreds of other documents. Arcarrow is the portal that stores them all in an organized and searchable format.
Visibility for everyone involved
A building isn't built by one person, and the project shouldn't be a black box to the people involved. Arcarrow is built to give clients, contractors, engineers, and other partners the visibility they need without endless email threads.
That's why Arcarrow exists. We'll keep sharing what we build here.
