Construction documents, AIA project management, and honest accounting answers
There's a new page for the construction documents phase, and the AIA use case now leads with AIA project management. We also say plainly that Arcarrow isn't accounting software — it's time, expenses, and invoices. You keep QuickBooks, Xero, or your accountant for the books.
Window and door schedules
The Schedules tab now holds window and door opening schedules alongside CSI product collections. Windows are types with a mark and quantity; each door gets its own mark, and you can point it at a Door Hardware spec.
Drop files onto chat
Drag a file onto the AI chat and we'll attach it to your next message — the same way the paperclip does. A drop overlay makes the target obvious.
AIA phases and work stages, spelled out
Looking up AIA design phases or work stages? The phase page now opens with a table of SD through CA, a short note on the work-stages name, and answers to the questions architects actually search for.

The AIA phase management page now opens with an infographic of the five core phases the AIA defines — schematic design through construction administration, bidding included — with what each covers and its typical share of the fee.

The time-tracking-invoicing page now shows a product preview of the invoice your client receives — labor grouped by phase, reimbursable expenses alongside, and a numbered PDF ready to download.
See client sign-offs as they look in the project
The client-sign-offs page now shows a product preview of the Sign-offs tab — a pending request reminding itself next to a timestamped yes from the client, in the same project chrome you'll actually open.
See the current drawing set as it looks in the project
The current-drawing-set page now shows a product preview of the Drawings tab — issued revisions next to drafts still in the studio, with the same discipline packages your client and contractor open.
Sign-off reminders open the right page
Reminder emails for a pending client sign-off now link straight to the project's Sign-offs section. Requests sent before the project pages moved were still nudging clients to the old address.
Asana for architects, compared honestly
There's a new comparison page for firms on Asana (or thinking about it): where a generic task board is enough, and where you need drawing sets, written sign-offs, and AI-drafted paperwork instead. Read it at /compare/asana.
