Arcarrow ("we", "us") builds project-management software for architects and their collaborators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide (name, email, firm) and the project content you create in Arcarrow — projects, documents, meeting notes, and activity. We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to power AI features you choose to use, to communicate with you about your account, and to protect Arcarrow and its users. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data with the vendors that run Arcarrow — for example our hosting, database, and email providers — only as needed to operate the service, and under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Deleting your firm removes its projects and associated content.
